At the end of the month, KidLogg creates a draft invoice per child, calculated from check-ins and your pricing rules: full day, half day, hourly, per 15 minutes, after-hours care, meals, nappies and extras. You review and send.
Belgian structured payment reference
Every invoice carries a structured reference (mod-97) and shows your daycare’s IBAN. Parents pay by bank transfer and you recognise each payment instantly in your accounting.
Flexible pricing and per-child rates
Set pricing rules by type and period. For subsidised places or special arrangements, give a child their own rate that takes priority over the standard tariff.
Grace days and absences
KidLogg keeps a balance of grace days per child for illness or unexpected absence. Uncovered absences are billed correctly, with room for manual corrections.
Online payments with Bancontact
Parents pay their invoices online via Bancontact, powered by Mollie — or by bank transfer with a structured reference and IBAN. Whichever suits them best.
