What is KidLogg?
KidLogg is a Belgian software platform for managing daycares and childcare. It brings attendance, the daily logbook, invoicing, staff and parent communication together in one place.
Who is KidLogg for?
From independent single-location daycares to organisations with multiple sites. Plans scale from Solo (up to 9 children) to Enterprise (10+ locations).
Does KidLogg support the Belgian structured payment reference (OGM/VCS)?
Yes. Every invoice automatically gets a structured payment reference and shows the daycare’s IBAN, so parents pay by bank transfer that’s easy to reconcile in your accounting.
Can parents pay online with Bancontact?
Yes. Depending on your plan, parents pay their invoices online via Bancontact, powered by Mollie. Paying by bank transfer with the structured payment reference and IBAN shown on each invoice is always available.
Is KidLogg GDPR compliant?
Yes. KidLogg is built to Belgian and European privacy law (GDPR). Children’s data is hosted and processed exclusively within the EU, changes to sensitive data are audit-logged, and retention limits are enforced automatically. Daycares can export a child’s complete file (data portability) and permanently erase photos on request (right to erasure).
Does KidLogg sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?
Yes. Under the GDPR your daycare is the data controller and KidLogg acts as the data processor. We provide every daycare with a Data Processing Agreement covering security measures, EU hosting, sub-processors and breach notification. Get in touch to receive it.
Does KidLogg help with staff-to-child ratios?
Yes. KidLogg tracks occupancy and staff-to-child ratios per group and warns you when a group nears its limit, making it easier to follow the rules of Kind en Gezin (Opgroeien) and ONE.
Does KidLogg support Dutch, French and English?
Yes. KidLogg is fully trilingual (NL/FR/EN). Every staff member and parent picks their own language within the same daycare — ideal for bilingual regions like Brussels.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. KidLogg has a mobile app for both staff and parents. Staff log on the go, and parents follow their child, send messages and view invoices — on iOS and Android.
How much does KidLogg cost?
